This shipping policy applies to all purchases made through a Professional (Pro) Account with Sarah Dam Hair.
Order Processing

In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom orders have extended processing times due to personalization. Estimated production timelines will be communicated at checkout or via confirmation email.

Orders placed after processing has begun cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and begin after processing, not at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Address Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the professional to ensure that all shipping information is entered accurately and completely.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Sarah Dam Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed or missing:

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
