Professional Account Return Policy

This policy applies exclusively to licensed professionals purchasing through a Pro Account with Sarah Dam Hair.

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and the professional pricing offered, all purchases are subject to the terms below.

In-Stock Professional Items

Returns are accepted on in-stock hair extensions only under the following conditions:

  • The hair is unused, unworn, uninstalled, and unaltered

  • The original security seal remains fully intact

  • The product is returned in its original packaging

  • A return request is submitted within 5 business days of delivery

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the professional.

Custom Professional Orders

All custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom colors, blends, or formulations

  • Custom lengths, densities, or textures

  • Seamless, thin, or specialty weft modifications

  • Any made-to-order or personalized extensions

Once a custom order is placed, it is considered confirmed and cannot be changed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sarahdamhair.com, including:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Photos of original packaging

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion.

Important Professional Disclaimers

  • We do not accept returns on hair that has been installed, washed, brushed, cut, colored, toned, chemically processed, or heat styled.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, processing, or maintenance.

  • All hair extensions should be installed and serviced by a licensed professional only.

Policy Agreement

By purchasing through a Pro Account, you acknowledge and agree to this return policy in full. Abuse of the return policy may result in revocation of Pro Account privileges.
