We want you to love your hair! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


  • Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Hair must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return.
     
  • Exchanges: Exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange the exchange. Hair must be unused and in original packaging. You cannot exchange custom personalized hair, only ones we have in stock.
     
  • How to Return or Exchange: Contact our customer service team at [your email] with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the process.
     
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned hair, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
     
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
     
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
